However, to withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 25 times (i.e. ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering is required).
A bonus is never direct cash under any circumstance. If the specific requirements for using a bonus are not met, q999 price reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned using that bonus.
4.1 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer may have its own wagering requirements.
- The requirements must be met within the time limit set from the date the bonus is received.

- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

6 VIP Program and Cashback
The q999 price VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses, Silver members receive up to 0.8%, and Gold members receive up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
As an example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account on a set day at the end of the week. Moving from one tier to the next depends on active participation and consistent play.
q999 price reserves the right to change the rules of VIP benefits. The final decision on any dispute relating to VIP tier or cashback rests with q999 price.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure:
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to deposit or withdraw through fraud or by providing false information.
- Raising chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the q999 price system or network.
- Attempting to run malware or harmful code on the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other users.
