App vs Mobile Browser — What Is the Difference?
Both options use the same account and balance — but there are differences
Same Account — From Any Device
With q999 price, both the app and mobile browser work equally well. The account you log into on the app is the same account on the browser. Balance, active bets, bonuses and VIP level all sync in real time.
However, the dedicated app offers push notifications, faster game loading and one-tap access from the home screen — features the browser does not provide. You can view your full deposit and withdrawal history from any device in the wallet section.
If you want to try it out first, you can start on the browser — switching to the app later will not cause any loss of data.
Mobile Login and Security
Simple habits to keep your account secure
Keep Screen Lock On
If your phone has a PIN, pattern or biometric lock enabled, no one else can open the app. Your account stays protected even if your phone is lost.
Verify Your OTP
An OTP will be sent to your registered number when logging in or changing your password. Do not share this code with anyone — q999 price support will never ask for your OTP.
Do Not Share Your Password
Do not share your login details with friends or anyone you know. Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Useful Tips for Smooth Use
These habits will help keep the app performing well
-
Use a stable internet connection. A dropped connection during live betting or live casino may cause issues with bet and game results. Keep a Wi-Fi or good mobile data connection active.
-
Keep the app updated. Regular updates through the official channel give you new features and better security. Some games or features may not work on older versions.
-
Watch your battery and storage. Live casino and slot games use more battery. Play on charge during long sessions and keep enough free storage on your phone.
-
Avoid public Wi-Fi. Accessing your account on shared networks at cafes or on public transport is risky. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network.
-
Contact support right away if you have an issue. The 24/7 Bengali live chat is available from within the app. Problems left unresolved tend to be harder to fix later.
-
Manage your time and budget. Follow the responsible gaming policy — decide in advance how much time and money you will spend each day.
